Q. How much does the program cost?

A. Everybody is different, which means everybody’s needs are different. We have the ability to customize your training experience, therefore prices may vary according to your specific requirements and goals. We do offer payment plans and allow you to make monthly payments if necessary.

Q. Where do you train from? Will you come to me?

A. TeamLeeFit works out of a facility on W 25th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. It is conveniently located near the A, C, E, 1, 6, N, R, W, B, D, F, and M trains. The gym has gender-separate locker rooms, showers, and towels.

If you need or want a trainer to travel to your own private gym, it is up to the discretion of the trainer if they have the allotted time for travel, and it will cost extra.

Q. Will I need to also pay for a gym membership?

A. The training program will be customized to your needs. If you have access to a gym or want a gym membership, your trainer will design your outside workouts for a gym atmosphere. If you prefer to work out from home, your trainer will design your outside workouts for a home atmosphere. For “At-Home-Workouts”, you will be required to buy weights and bands. This can be discussed with your trainer.

 

Q. I’m dealing with a past injury. Can I still train?

A. At the consultation with your trainer, make sure to bring up any past injuries and any injury you are currently dealing with. They will be able to decipher if they can accommodate the injury and work with you, or guide you towards what is best for you physically.

 

Q. Who will I be working with?

A. We are a team of fitness professionals who all care about you, your goals, and making sure you’re having a good time achieving them. The trainer in which you get paired with will often be simply based off availability. In specific regards to nutrition, you will work with Coach Lee. If you have a request on working with someone in particular, you can let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

Q. How long do I have to commit for?

A. We require a minimum of 12 weeks to work with us in order to achieve results.

 

Q. Do you work with vegetarians/vegans?

A. In regards to our nutrition program, we help to educate you on what nutrients your body needs in order to perform to the best of its ability. What the particulars are is up to you. While Coach Lee does not specialize in working with a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, she has worked with people in the past that choose this lifestyle, and she has helped them to achieve the results they were looking for.
