Get the experience of a private trainer from the safety of your home! We offer virtual training packages that give you an opportunity to work with a TeamLeeFit coach, one-on-one, in real time. Strength training, HIIT, conditioning, and real accountability.

Work out for 45 minutes, 1-3x week, depending on your schedule and coach availability.
E Q U I P M E N T
Workouts will be geared towards whatever equipment or household items you already have. We can accommodate dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance and booty bands, as well as just bodyweight. We offer creative solutions for equipment free households.

Saturday Classes with CoachLeeNYC
Join Coach Lee Saturday mornings at 10am for a 45 minute sweat sesh!
Workout from home, the park, anywhere you can bring your phone or laptop.
E Q U I P M E N T
We recommend a pair of dumbbells, booty bands, and a yoga mat for the class, but bodyweight will do as well!
You can even grab household items as weights, like books, water bottles, or food cans!

If you sign up in advance, class is just $15.
If you decide to hop in last minute (Thursday-Saturday morning), class is $18.
